BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, September 24, 2020, the intersection of 2nd Street and Rosser Avenue will be closed to through traffic for approximately two hours as part of the water main replacement project. Rosser Avenue should be reopened to traffic by 7:30 p.m.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
Suggested detour route would be for westbound traffic 3rd Street to Broadway Avenue to Washington Street. For Eastbound traffic use Washington Street to Boulevard Avenue or Rosser Avenue or Washington Street to Broadway Avenue 3rd Street.
