BISMARCK, ND – Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020, the intersection of 1st Street and Broadway will be closed to through traffic for approximately all day to install water main as part of the water main replacement project. This intersection should be reopened to traffic in late evening.
Access to local traffic will be maintained.
