Effective, Tuesday, November 1, 2022, East Avenue C between N 5th Street and 6th Street will be closed to traffic. Contractor will be installing new water services to residents. This closure should be in place through Wednesday, weather permitting.
No detour will be provided.
Access will be maintained to residents and businesses.
