Starting at 8:00 AM, Wednesday, September 13, 2023, 5th Street between East Avenue F and Boulevard Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Forestry crews will be removing some trees. 5th Street should be reopened to traffic by late afternoon.
No detour will be in place.
Access to residences will be maintained.
