Avenue C between Griffin Street and Hannifin Street is planned to be closed for water line work starting Tuesday, July 15 2025. The full closure is expected to last two days, followed by about three weeks of intermittent shifted lanes. During the full closure the detour route will include Griffin St, Avenue A, and Hannifin St.
