Bismarck Fire Department Responds to Structure Fire
BISMARCK, ND—The Bismarck Fire Department responded to a structure fire at a home in West Central Bismarck early this morning.
At approximately 12:50 AM on Friday, February 6th, 2026, the Bismarck Fire Department received a call for a fire in a single-family home on the 400 block of West Avenue C. Bismarck Fire crews were dispatched to the scene. This fire was located at the same address as a previous fire that happened the night prior.
Firefighters arrived on the scene at approximately 12:55 AM to find smoke and flames coming from a window on the first floor of the residence. Fire crews quickly extinguished the fire and searched the home for occupants. An overhaul was conducted to find and extinguish any hidden fire.
At the time of the fire, the home was not occupied. There were no injuries to firefighters. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
