In observance of National Public Health Week Bismarck Burleigh Public Health is leading an “At Your Workplace” Walk starting at 12:15 p.m., Thursday, April 8, at Bismarck Burleigh Public Health (BBPH).
Adult Americans spend a majority of their waking hours at work, and many are in sedentary careers. Brisk walking for as little as 30 minutes a day will help improve your health!

BBPH encourages you to Start Walking at your workplace! You can gain about two hours of life expectancy for each hour of regular exercise, even if you don't start until middle age.
