Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at a special meeting to be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:

• Zoning ordinance text amendments relative to Special Uses/Wind Turbine Facilities (Article 8).

At the hearing, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item. Interested persons may also submit oral or written comments regarding this request prior to the meeting to the Community Development Department - Planning Division, PO Box 5503, Bismarck, North Dakota 58506-5503, phone: 701.355.1840, fax: 701.222.6450 or e-mail: cobplan@nd.gov.

The proposed ordinance amendment is on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department - Planning Division, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
