[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice February 22, 2012

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of State Street Developers for a zoning change from the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts on 43rd Avenue Commercial Park 2nd Addition. The property is located along the east side of Coleman Street and the west side of Ottawa Street north of 43rd Avenue.

• Request of State Street Developers for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for 43rd Avenue Commercial Park 2nd Addition, a seven lot subdivision on 32.037 acres. The property is located along the east side of Coleman Street and the west side of Ottawa Street north of 43rd Avenue, and is a replat of Lots 1 & 2, block 2, 43rd Avenue Commercial Park.

• Request of Tim and Deb Staloch for an amendment to the Land Use Plan for the west side of 66th Street NE approximately 1/2 mile south of 71st Avenue NE (6650 66th Street NE), to introduce the industrial land use classification in the SE1/4 of the NE1/4 of Section 7, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township. The applicant has requested to amend the future land use designation for a 7.5 acre tract (approximate) from urban residential to industrial to allow for the development of storage units.

At these hearings, the City Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items. Descriptions of these requests are on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
