[ARCHIVED] Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health Offers FREE BodyWorks Classes

Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health is proud to offer free "BodyWorks" classes. BodyWorks is a program that promote healthy teens and strong families by encouraging healthy behavior changes and a healthy body image for 12-18 year olds. Parents or guardians are encouraged to attend at least one session but are welcome to attend all classes.

The BodyWorks program offers:

Food and fitness journals
DVD—“Shop and Eat”
Spiral Bound Cookbook
Weekly meal planner
board
Magazine-like guides
Monthly E-newsletters
BMI Assessment
Individualized Diet
Counseling

The BodyWorks classes are FREE and enrollment for each session is limited to twenty participants.
