Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lot 9, Block 16, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Coleman Street and Bremner Avenue, along the west side of Coleman Street and the south side of Bremner Avenue.
• Request of Skyline Properties, LLC for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Meadowlark Commercial 5th Addition Replat, a 6 lot subdivision on 10.64 acres. The property is located along the north side of 43rd Avenue NE approximately 1/4 mile east of US Highway 83 and is a replat of Lots 1-7, Block 1, Meadowlark Commercial Fifth Addition.
• Request of Jonathan & Renae Craven for a rural residential lot split for Lot 1, Block 1, Craven Subdivision to split this tract into two parcels a 2.0 acre tract and a 12.64 acre tract. The property is located along the east side of 66th Street SE, between County Highway 10 and Apple Creek Road.
• Request of Weisz & Sons for a special use permit to move a quonset onto Lot B of Lot 7, Block 3, Pebble Creek 8th Addition (3310 Hamilton Street). The property is located along the west side of Hamilton Street approximately 1/4 mile north of East Century Avenue.
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
