City of Bismarck offices phone service is temporarily down due to technical difficulties. As a result you will not be able to reach City Departments by phone. Repairs are underway. Meanwhile we ask for public’s patience and your help. Please DO NOT call 911 unless it is an emergency. It is important that the 911 number be available for emergency calls.
