Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 28, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:

• Request of Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lot 9, Block 16, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located in the southwest quadrant of the intersection of Coleman Street and Bremner Avenue, along the west side of Coleman Street and the south side of Bremner Avenue.

A description of this request is on file and may be viewed or copied any working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the City-County Community Development Department, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota.
