Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the RM30-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 1-6, Block 1, Imperial Valley Subdivision.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
