Starting on Tuesday, September 4, 2012, River Road will be closed to vehicular traffic beneath the Memorial Bridge to the Water Treatment Plant (including Fraine Barracks Road) to facilitate the construction of the new water intake facility.

Traffic needing to access River Road in this area should use Burnt Boat Drive.

This closure is expected to be in place until mid October.
