Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department thereof, a petition to vacate the southerly 25 feet of the 50 feet non-access line along the west side of Yorktown Drive, adjacent to Lot 1, Block 2, Centennial Park Fourth Addition.

Notice is further given that the Board of City Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein:
