[ARCHIVED] All lanes in southbound roadway on State Street in Bismarck open to traffic

Effective immediately, all southbound lanes on State Street are open to traffic. These lanes will remain open until further notice as striping work remains to be completed. The left lane of the northbound roadway is closed from I-94 to Calgary Ave.
