Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, on Monday, July 2, 2012, approved an ordinance amending the 1972 Zoning Ordinance of Burleigh County as follows:

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AND RE-ENACT ARTICLE 12 OF THE 1972 AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE OF BURLEIGH COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BURLEIGH COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA:

Section 1. Amendment. Article 12 of the 1972 Amended Zoning Ordinance of Burleigh County is hereby amended and re-enacted, as follows:

The following described property shall be included within the R1-Country Homes zoning district:

Lots 1-8, Block 1; Lots 1-16, Block 2; Lots 1-6, Block 3; Lots 1-15, Block 4; Lots 1-7, Block 5; Lots 1-4, Block 6; and Lots 1-9, Block 7, Country Hills Subdivision.

Section 2. Taking Effect. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect 30 days after first publication of this notice unless a petition for separate hearing is filed pursuant to NDCC Section 11-33-10. This ordinance is available for inspection and copying during normal office hours in the office of the County Auditor.
