Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, November 27, 2012, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Ron Knutson, Attas Boutrous and Sand Companies, Inc. for approval of a Land Use Plan amendment for part of the East 1/2 of Section 17, Hay Creek Township to extend the mixed-use land use classification approximately 1,635 feet to the south to the southern edge of Good Shepherd North Addition. The property is located along the west side of North Washington Street approximately 1/2 mile north of Ash Coulee Drive/43rd Avenue NE (4916 North Washington Street).
• Request of Ron Knutson, Attas Boutrous and Sand Companies, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the Conditional RT-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on Lot 1, Block 1, Good Shepherd North Addition. The property is located along the west side of North Washington Street and the north side of Medora Avenue (4916 North Washington Street).
• Request of Lynn & Eloise Vietz and Robert & Elaine David for approval of a zoning change from the CA-Commercial zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district on Lots 7 & 8, Block 5, Brookfield Estates. The property is located along the north side of Belaire Drive adjacent to County Highway 10, approximately 1/4 mile west of 80th Street NE.
