Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:

• Request of Kyle Holwagner for a special use permit for a drive-through to be located on Lot 8 less the South 20 feet, Block 3, Harry Gallup Addition. The property is located along the west side of South 3rd Street at the intersection with Bowen Avenue (404 South 3rd Street).

At this hearing, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
