Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, October 23, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 2-8, Block 16, Lots 19-22 & Lots 24-26, Block 17, Sonnet Heights Subdivision and Lots 1-7, Block 3 and Lot 1, Block 4, Hudson Street Addition.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
