Starting at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2012, the intersection of 4th Street and Avenue C will be closed for 24 to 48 hours to repair a water main break.

Southbound traffic will be detoured west on Avenue D to 3rd Street, south on 3rd Street to Avenue A, and east on Avenue A back to 4th Street.

Northbound traffic will be detoured east on Avenue A to 5th Street, north on 5th Street to Avenue D, and west on Avenue D back to 4th Street.
