PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of BREI Estates, LLLP for approval of the annexation of BREI Estates First Addition, containing 23.08 acres, more or less. The property is located along the west side of North Washington Street between Ash Coulee Drive and 57th Avenue NE (part of the NE1/4 of Section 17, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of BREI Estates, LLLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R10-Residential, RM10-Residential, RM15-Residential, RM30-Residential and RT-Residential zoning districts on BREI Estates First Addition. The property is located along the west side of North Washington Street between Ash Coulee Drive and 57th Avenue NE (part of the NE1/4 of Section 17, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Richard Fischer for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district on Lots 2, 3 and 4, Block 10, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located along the south side of Calvert Drive, north of Canada Avenue and approximately 1/4 mile west of US Highway 83.
