PUBLIC NOTICE OF ZONING CHANGE

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, approved an ordinance rezoning from the Conditional R5-Residential zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district for The Meadows at Hawktree Subdivision.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
