Beginning Tuesday, March 12, 2013, West Avenue C from Bell Street to Crescent Lane will be closed to through traffic from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday for tree trimming and removal.

Access to local residences will be maintained.

Traffic will be detoured on West Avenue B.

Traffic should seek alternate routes to access the Highland Acres area.
