[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission To Hold Public Hearings 3/27/13

Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of JETM, LLP and the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the MA-Industrial and RR-Residential zoning districts to the MA-Industrial zoning district for Revolutionary Addition. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of Century Avenue approximately 1/4 mile west of Centennial Road (A replat of Auditor’s Lot A of the NE 1/4, Auditor’s Lot A of Tract 4, Auditor’s Lot A of Lot 3, Block 1, Mr. B’s West Addition and part of Tract 3 in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of JETM, LLP and the City of Bismarck for approval of a final plat for Revolutionary Addition, a three lot subdivision on 15.26 acres. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of Century Avenue approximately 1/4 mile west of Centennial Road (A replat of Auditor’s Lot A of the NE 1/4, Auditor’s Lot A of Tract 4, Auditor’s Lot A of Lot 3, Block 1, Mr. B’s West Addition and part of Tract 3 in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/ Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Pete and Elaine Brendel, Daniel Development Partnership, LLLP and Real Properties, LLC for approval of a final plat for Century Centennial Addition, a two lot subdivision on 17.5 acres. The property is located in northeast Bismarck along the west side of Centennial Road and the south side of East Century Avenue (Tracts 2 & 3 less right-of-way as part of the NE1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of West Region Medical Group for a zoning change from the CG-Commercial and RT-Residential zoning districts to the CG-Commercial and RT-Residential zoning districts for West Region Medical Addition. The property is located along the south side of East Calgary Avenue, west of Home Depot Addition (Replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Pebble Creek 6th Addition).

• Request of West Region Medical Group for approval of a final plat for West Regiona Medical Addition, a nine lot subdivision on 16.65 acres. The property is located along the south side of East Calgary Avenue, west of North 19th Street (Replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Pebble Creek 6th Addition).

• Request of RBK Ventures, LLP and Five Guys Investments, LLLP for a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district for Eagle Crest 6th Addition. The property is located south of an extension of Ash Coulee Drive approximately one mile west of North Washington Street (part of the SE1/4 of Section 18, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of RBK Ventures, LLP and Five Guys Investments, LLLP for approval of a final plat for Eagle Crest 6th Addition, a 131 lot subdivision on 56.30 acres. The property is located south of an extension of Ash Coulee Drive approximately one mile west of North Washington Street (part of the SE1/4 of Section 18, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Jeff Eckroth and Vue Credit Union for a special use permit to allow a drive-through for a stand-alone ATM to be installed at 1655 North Grandview Lane (Lot 2, Block 1, Grandview Heights Commercial Part Replat).

• Request of LB Family Properties for a special use permit to add an auto-laundry/car wash structure to the property located at 1528 East Bismarck Expressway (Lot 1, Block 1, Expressway Terrace Addition).

• Request of the City of Bismarck for a special use permit to build a parking structure on the property located at 204 North 6th Street (Lots 1-10, Block 68, Original Plat).

• Request of Roger Zink for a special use permit to increase the total area of accessory buildings to 3200 square feet on the property located at 5005 Willow Oaks Road (Tracts 1 & 2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 28, T138N-R80W/Lincoln Township).

At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
