Notice of Public Hearing
On A Petition for Vacation of Right-of-Way

Notice is hereby given that there has been filed by the order of the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Bismarck, North Dakota, with the Community Development Department thereof, a petition to vacate that portion of the right-of-way described as Arlon Place, adjacent to Lots 4-8, Block 2, Expressway Industrial Park Addition.

Notice is further given that the Bismarck City Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the hour of 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room of the City/County Office Building at 221 North Fifth Street, Bismarck, North Dakota to consider said matter and to hear testimony and evidence to persons interested therein:
