THANK YOU to St. Alexius Medical Center for providing funds to Bismarck Public Library for educational resources on neurological disorders and diseases. On Wednesday, March 27, North Dakota first lady Betsy Dalrymple presented the library with a $4,000 check that will be used to purchase the resources. Resources will include books and DVDs on neurological diseases and disorders for patients and families living with those issues. “Millions of Americans suffer from some kind of neurological condition,” says Gary Miller, president and CEO of St. Alexius Medical Center. “Young or old, large or small, everyone is affected when a loved one is diagnosed. Yet, unfortunately, brain diseases are not well understood. St. Alexius is dedicated to changing that and to helping to build a stronger community.”
