Public Notice of Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment

Notice is hereby given that the Board of City Commissioners on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 approved a zoning ordinance text amendment relative to Use Groups/Utility Use Group. This ordinance modified the requirements for utility buildings and structures in all zoning districts.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
