[ARCHIVED] BodyWorks to Begin Oct. 5

BodyWorks is a program designed to help parents, caregivers and teens improve family eating and activity habits. The program focuses on parents as role models and provides families with hands-on tools to make small, specific behavior changes to prevent obesity and help all family members achieve and maintain a healthy weight.

There is no charge for the program and it includes 6 weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm. Parents are asked to be part of Bodyworks, but if it is not possible for every class, at least session number 1 and or number 5.
