Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Ron Andahl and 4T Andahl, LLP for approval of a Land Use Plan amendment for extension of the commercial land use classification, along the southern edge of the plat approximately 1,800 feet east to the eastern section line of Section 9, T140N-R80W/Burnt Creek Township.

• Request of Ron Andahl, 4T Andahl, LLP and South Central Regional Water District for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural, R1-Residential and CM-Commercial zoning districts to the R1-Residential, R2-Residential and CM-Commercial zoning districts for The Ranch Subdivision. The property is located along the east side of US Highway 83 and the north side of 136th Avenue NE (Part of Section 9, T140N-R80W/Burnt Creek Township).

• Request of Ron Andahl, 4T Andahl, LLP and South Central Regional Water District for approval of a final plat for The Ranch Subdivision, a 79 lot subdivision on 184.01 acres. The property is located along the east side of US Highway 83 and the north side of 136th Avenue NE (Part of Section 9, T140N-R80W/Burnt Creek Township).

At the hearings, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
