Public Notice of Zoning Change

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R10-Residential, RM10-Residential, RM15-Residential, RM30-Residential and RT-Residential zoning districts on BREI Estates First Addition.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
