[ARCHIVED] No Travel Advised in Dickinson and Bismarck areas

NDDOT along with the ND Highway Patrol have issued a No Travel Advisory for Bismarck & surrounding areas due to heavy snow and high winds causing areas of near zero visibility, and snow and ice covered roadways. Motorists should not travel in these areas.
