[ARCHIVED] Public hearings to be held at Bismarck City Commission.

Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of The Coleman Group and Bernice Mitzel for approval of the annexation of part of the NW1/4 of Section 21, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township (being platted as part of North Hills 17th Addition). The property is a 10.723 acre tract located south of 43rd Avenue NE between North Washington Street and US Highway 83/State Street (part of the NW1/4 of Section 21, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Michael P. Koch for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RM30-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts on Koch Crest Addition. The property is located in northeast Bismarck along the west side of Centennial Road approximately 1/2 mile north of East Century Avenue (Auditor’s Lot B of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of JETM, LLP and the City of Bismarck for the annexation of Revolutionary Addition, a three lot subdivision located on 15.26 acres. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of East Century Avenue approximately 1/4 mile west of Centennial Road (A replat of Auditor’s Lot A of the NE 1/4, Auditor’s Lot A of Tract 4, Auditor’s Lot A of Lot 3, Block 1, Mr. B’s West Addition in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of JETM, LLP and the City of Bismarck for approval of a zoning change from the MA-Industrial and RR-Residential zoning districts to the MA-Industrial zoning district on Revolutionary Addition. The property is located in northeast Bismarck, along the south side of East Century Avenue approximately 1/4 mile west of Centennial Road (A replat of Auditor’s Lot A of the NE 1/4, Auditor’s Lot A of Tract 4, Auditor’s Lot A of Lot 3, Block 1, Mr. B’s West Addition in the NE 1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Consideration of modifications to the current Renaissance Zone boundary relating to Block 13, Northern Pacific Addition, Blocks 49,51,59,61, and 63, Original Plat, Blocks 35 and 77 and relating to blocks along the south side of East Main Avenue between South 9th Street and Airport Road in Williams Survey, Sturgis Addition and Governor Pierce Additions.
