PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, April 24, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:
• Request of Boulder Ridge Development, Five Guys Investments, LLP and RBK Ventures, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district for Eagle Crest 6th Addition. The property is located south of an extension of Ash Coulee Drive one mile west of North Washington Street (part of the SE1/4 of Section 18, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Boulder Ridge Development, Five Guys Investments, LLP and RBK Ventures, LLP for approval of a final plat for Eagle Crest 6th Addition, a 131 lot subdivision on 56.30 acres. The property is located south of an extension of Ash Coulee Drive one mile west of North Washington Street (part of the SE1/4 of Section 18, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of The Coleman Group and Bernice Mitzel for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential zoning district for North Hills 17th Addition. The property is located along the south side of 43rd Avenue NE between Normandy and Dominion Streets (An unplatted portion of the NW1/4 of Section 21, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of The Coleman Group and Bernice Mitzel for approval of a final plat for North Hills 17th Addition, a 54 lot subdivision on 20.334 acres. The property is located along the south side of 43rd Avenue NE between Normandy and Dominion Streets (An unplatted portion of the NW1/4 of Section 21, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of West Region Medical Group for a zoning change from the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts to the RT-Residential and CG-Commercial zoning districts for West Region Medical Addition. The property is located along the south side of East Calgary Avenue, west of North 19th Street (Replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Pebble Creek 6th Addition).
• Request of West Region Medical Group for approval of a final plat for West Region Medical Addition, a nine lot subdivision on 16.65 acres. The property is located along the south side of East Calgary Avenue, west of North 19th Street (Replat of Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Pebble Creek 6th Addition).
• Request of Rob Johnson and Kelly Brooks for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district for Country North Estates Fourth Subdivision. The property is located approximately 1/4 mile east of Centennial Road and 1/2 mile south of 71st Avenue NE (An unplatted portion of the S1/2 of the S1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 12, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Rob Johnson and Kelly Brooks for approval of a final plat for Country North Estates Fourth Subdivision, a two lot subdivision on 10.0 acres. The property is located east of Centennial Road approximately 1/4 mile, and 1/2 mile south of 71st Avenue NE (An unplatted portion of the S1/2 of the S1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 12, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Richard and Brandy Geloff for approval of a final plat for Geloff Estates Addition, a six lot subdivision on 1.85 acres. The property is located along the south side of Colt Avenue west of North Washington Street (A replat of Lot 5, Block 2, KMK Estates 2nd Subdivision).
• Request of Pete and Elaine Brendel, Daniel Development Partnership, LLLP and Real Properties, LLC for approval of a final plat for Century Centennial Addition, a two lot subdivision on 17.5 acres. The property is located in northeast Bismarck along the west side of Centennial Road and the south side of East Century Avenue (Tracts 2 & 3 less right-of-way as part of the NE1/4 of Section 26, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).
• Request of Verity Homes of Bismarck, LLC for approval of a zoning change from the R5-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential zoning district for Lots 17-18 and 27-28, Block 17, Sonnet Heights Subdivision. The property is located along the north side of Bremner Avenue and the southeast side of Weyburn Drive, north of 43rd Avenue NE and west of US Highway 83.
• Request of First United Methodist Church and Kenneth J. Klekamp, Inc for a special use permit to operate a child care center on the property located at 924 North 11th Street (Lots 1-8 and Lots 27-28, Block 73, McKenzie & Coffins Addition).
• Request of The Boutrous Group, LLP for a special use permit to allow temporary parking on the property located at 204 East Avenue A (S1/2 Lot 4, N1/2 Lot 5, W 50’ Lot 6, W 50’ of S1/2 Lot 5 & Lots 7 & 8, Block 15, Northern Pacific Addition).
At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
