Bismarck Roads and Street crews have opened up approximately seventy-five percent of the residential streets as of 4:00 p.m. It is expected that the clearing of residential streets will be completed tonight. Operators are working together in teams to open the remaining residential streets to clear them as quickly as possible.

Operators will make one pass with the snow plow in each direction through the center of the road in residential areas to provide residents with access to get out as soon as possible.

Once the residential areas are completed crews will move into the downtown area.
