Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following item:

• Request of Dale Pahlke for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the I-Industrial zoning district for the S1/2 of Section 19, T139N-R78W/Menoken Township. The property is located along the north side of Interstate 94 and the west side of 145th Street NE, one mile west of the Menoken Interchange.

At the hearing, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to this item.
