The Bismarck Police Department will be holding a promotion ceremony for a new Lieutenant and a new Sergeant on Wednesday, May 1st, at 2:00 PM, at the Bismarck Police Department, 700 South 9th Street.

The ceremony is being held to promote Dwight Offerman to the rank of Lieutenant, and Luke Gardiner to the rank of Sergeant. The public is invited.
