A public information meeting will be held May 7, 5:30 p.m., at the Bismarck Civic Center, Prairie Rose Room 105, to provide information regarding a proposed special assessment district for the Riverwood Drive/Mills Avenue (Sewer Improvement District No. 2013-541) grade raise and street resurfacing project. The project will include raising the grade of a portion of Mills Avenue and Riverwood Drive as well as asphalt patching, milling, leveling, seal coat and other related resurfacing work on the streets.

Information about the project will be provided at this meeting. Citizens will be provided an opportunity to ask questions and to learn more about how the special assessment process works and how it was applied. The purpose of the meeting is to provide information about the project being considered. The official protest period for property owners that received notification letters has expired. Citizens are welcome to attend.
