[ARCHIVED] Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission to hold Public Hearings

Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of William E. Clairmont Revocable Living Trust, Clairmont Development Company and Mitzel Builders, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural and R5-Residential zoning districts to the R5-Residential zoning district for Country West Heights Addition. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, north of Ash Coulee Drive and west of North Washington Street (part of the NW1/4 of Section 17, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township, including a replat of Lots 1-3, Block 1, Horizon Heights 5th Addition).

• Request of William E. Clairmont Revocable Living Trust, Clairmont Development Company and Mitzel Builders Inc. for approval of a final plat for Country West Heights Addition, a 26 lot subdivision on 13.173 acres. The property is located in northwest Bismarck, north of Ash Coulee Drive and west of North Washington Street (part of the NW1/4 of Section 17, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township, including a replat of Lots 1-3, Block 1, Horizon Heights 5th Addition).

• Request of Five Guys Investment, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R5-Residential and P-Public zoning districts for Boulder Ridge Sixth Addition, a 38 lot subdivision on 16.06 acres. The property is located east of North Washington Street between 43rd Avenue NE and 57th Avenue NE (part of the NE1/4 of Section 16, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Five Guys Investment, LLP for approval of a final plat for Boulder Ridge Sixth Addition. The property is located east of North Washington Street between 43rd Avenue NE and 57th Avenue NE (part of the NE1/4 of Section 16, T139N-R80W/Hay Creek Township).

• Request of Rodney Swenson, Trustee of the Robert S. Swenson and Ruth D. Swenson Revocable Living Trust, and Apple Creek Developers, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the RR-Residential zoning district for Country Ridge 1st Subdivision. The property is located along the east side of 66th Street NE and the south side of 84th Avenue NE (part of the NW1/4 of Section 5, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township).

• Request of Rodney Swenson, Trustee of the Robert S. Swenson and Ruth D. Swenson Revocable Living Trust, and Apple Creek Developers, LLP for approval of a Fringe Area Road Master Plan amendment for Section 5, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township to relocate the extension of Shoal Drive (the east-west collector for this section) north approximately 750 feet.

• Request of Rodney Swenson, Trustee of the Robert S. Swenson and Ruth D. Swenson Revocable Living Trust, and Apple Creek Developers, LLP for approval of a final plat for Country Ridge First Subdivision, a 35 lot subdivision on 78.50 acres. The property is located along the east side of 66th Street NE and the south side of 84th Avenue NE (part of the NW1/4 of Section 5, T139M-R79W/Gibbs Township).

• Request of Allen and JoAnn Blotske for approval of the re-subdivision of a platted lot for Lot 1, Block 1, Blotske Subdivision. The property is located west of England Street between Burleigh Avenue and 48th Avenue SW.

• Request of Bismarck Parks and Recreation District and Menard, Inc. for approval of a zoning change from the P-Public zoning district to the CG-Commercial zoning district on part of Lot 2, Block 1, Menards Second Addition. The property is located along the west side of US Highway 83/State Street south of East Calgary Avenue.

At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
