Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, June 12, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Mabel Weisz, Jay Engdahl and Apple Creek Developers, LLP for approval of a final plat for Country Hills Second Subdivision, a 75 lot subdivision on 147 acres. The property is located north of 71st Avenue NE, 1/4 mile east of 80th Street NE (Part of Section 4, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township).

• Request of Mabel Weisz, Jay Engdahl and Apple Creek Developers, LLP for approval of a zoning change from the A-Agricultural zoning district to the R1- Country Homes Residential zoning district for Country Hills Second Subdivision. The property is located north of 71st Avenue NE, 1/4 mile east of 80th Street NE (part of Section 4, T139N-R79W/Gibbs Township).

At the hearings, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
