[ARCHIVED] Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at 5:00 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota, to consider the following items:

• Request of Curtis and Diane Wentz, Robert and Nadine Schaff and Daniel Haakenson for approval of a final plat for High Meadows 12th Addition, a 23 lot subdivision on 9.16 acres. The property is located in north Bismarck, west of North Washington Street and south of Ash Coulee Drive (a replat of Lots A and B of Lot 3, Block 2 and Lot 4, Block 2, KMK Estates).

• Request of JL Partnership, Northern Improvement Company and HD Partners for approval of a final plat for Trillium 4th Addition, an 18 lot subdivision on 84.89 acres. The property is located in southeast Bismarck along the east side of South 26th Street and the north side of Airway Avenue (part of the NW1/4 of Section 11, T138N-R80W/ Lincoln Township).

• Request of Bismarck Public Schools for approval of a zoning change from the P -Public zoning district to the R5-Residential and P-Public zoning districts for Liberty Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck along the east side of North Washington Street between LaSalle Avenue and 57th Avenue NE (a replat of Lot 1, Block 9, Boulder Ridge 5th Addition).

• Request of Bismarck Public Schools for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Liberty Addition, a six lot subdivision on 16.15 acres. The property is located in north Bismarck along the east side of North Washington Street between LaSalle Avenue and 57th Avenue NE (a replat of Lot 1, Block 9, Boulder Ridge 5th Addition).

• Request of Sattler Family LLLP for approval of a zoning change from the R10-Residential zoning district to the R10-Residential and RM10-Residential zoning districts for Cottonwood Lake 6th Addition Replat. The property is located in south Bismarck along the east side of South Washington Street between Wachter Avenue and Burleigh Avenue (a replat of Lots 1-8, Block 2 and Lots 1-6, Block 3, Cottonwood Lake 6th Addition).

• Request of Sattler Family LLLP for approval of a minor subdivision final plat for Cottonwood Lake 6th Addition Replat, a 20 lot subdivision on 5.26 acres. The property is located in south Bismarck along the east side of South Washington Street between Wachter Avenue and Burleigh Avenue (a replat of Lots 1-8, Block 2 and Lots 1-6, Block 3, Cottonwood Lake 6th Addition).

• Request of Duemelands Properties LLLP for approval of a zoning change from the MA-Industrial and MB-Industrial zoning districts to the MB-Industrial zoning district for the West 200 feet of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Duemelands 3rd Subdivision. The property is located east of Bismarck along the east side of Yegen Road north of Cartridge Loop.

• Request of Steve and Karen McCormick and Nick McCormick for approval of a Land Use Plan amendment to introduce the Industrial land use designation for Lot A of the NE1/4 of Section 1, T139N-R81W/West Hay Creek Township, which is currently designated as Urban Residential. The property is 4.97-acre tract located northwest of Bismarck along the north side of Burnt Creek Drive between ND Highway 1804/River Road and Hawktree Drive.

• Request of Wilment Properties, LLC for approval of a special use permit to construct and operate a filling station (convenience store) on Lot 1, Block 1, Northern Sky Addition. The property is located in north Bismarck along the west side of North Washington Street south of Durango Drive.

At these hearings, the Bismarck Planning & Zoning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
