Starting at 8:30 am on Monday, July 15, 2013, 4th Street between Divide Avenue and Central Avenue will be closed to through traffic to remove diseased Elm Trees along 4th Street.

This closure will be in place until early afternoon.

A detour will be in place.

Northbound traffic should use Divide Avenue to 5th Street, then north on Central Avenue, then west back to 4th Street.

Southbound traffic should use Central Avenue to 5th Street, then south to Divide Avenue back to 4th Street.

Drivers can expect congestion during peak traffic hours and my want to choose alternate routes.
