The Bismarck Civic Center construction project and the public meeting for the Bismarck Downtown Sub-Area Study on August 14, 2013, at the Prairie Rose Room 105 in the Bismarck Civic Center, located at 315 S 5th Street will start at 5:30 PM.

Use the A1 Main Arena entrance to the Civic Center and follow the signage to access Prairie Rose Room 105. The public is urged to use Parking Lots B or C when parking for the Bismarck Downtown Sub-Area Study.
