Notice is hereby given that the Burleigh County Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at 5:15 p.m. in the Tom Baker Meeting Room, City-County Office Building, 221 North 5th Street, Bismarck, North Dakota on the following issues:

• Request of Clint Feland and the Jungling Family Trust for a special use permit to move a previously occupied house to part of the E1/2 of Section 21, T140-R81W/Riverview Township. The property is located along the Missouri River, north of Edgewood Drive and west of Double Ditch Loop.

• Request of Clint Feland and Gerald and Nancy Clooten for a special use permit to move a previously occupied house to Auditor’s Lot 6, Block 2, Bates Replat of Indian Mound City. The property is located south of Edgewood Drive and west of Double Ditch Loop.

• Request of Stacy Tschider, Key Leasing LLC for a special use permit to move a previously occupied house to Lot 16, Block 9, Island Park Estates. The property is located along the west side of Burnt Creek Island Road and the north side of Island Road.

At the hearings, the Burleigh County Planning Commission will provide an opportunity for all interested persons to be heard with respect to these items.
