Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, August 27, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the MA – Industrial and MB – Industrial zoning districts to the MB – Industrial zoning district on the West 200 feet of Lot 1 and all of Lots 2 and 3, Block 1, Duemelands 3rd Subdivision.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
