Complaint Signed for Corruption of Minor

Bismarck Police are investigating an allegation of a case of corruption or solicitation of a minor, which involves an alleged sexual act between a Bismarck Public School employee and a juvenile over the age of 15 and under the age of 18.

The employee was arrested and taken to Burleigh County Detention Center on September 20th. She saw the judge and was released.

A complaint has now been signed against Susan Kathleen Duursma, 34, Bismarck, for Class C Felony Corruption of a Minor.
