Starting at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, the intersection of Rosser Avenue and 18th Street will be closed to traffic to repair a storm water pipe.

The closure will be in place until the end of the day on Wednesday, October 2, 2013, weather permitting.

A detour will be in place utilizing Thayer Avenue.

Traffic is asked to seek alternate routes.
