Starting at 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2013, Avenue C will be closed between Hannifin Street and Griffin Street for connection to a water main at the intersection of Avenue C and Anderson Street.

The closure will be in place until Thursday evening, weather permitting.

A detour will be in place. Traffic will be detoured to Hannifin Street, West Avenue B, an d Griffin Street.
