Notice is hereby given that the Bismarck City Commission, on Tuesday, September 24, 2013, approved an ordinance rezoning from the CA-Commercial zoning district to the PUD-Planned Unit Development zoning district on the North 250 Feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Northern Sky Addition.

This ordinance is available for copying and inspection during normal working hours in the office of the City Administrator.
